The relationship between depression and substance abuse is complex. Depression can precede, follow or co-occur with substance use, abuse, and dependence. This four-week online course will examine this complex relationship and provide a framework for a collaborative and integrated approach to screening, assessment, treatment and recovery from these co-occurring conditions.
