LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Cohort 10 begins April 29, 2024
The application deadline is March 15, 2024
Welcome to the Leadership Development Program (LDP). The LDP focuses on key leadership skills using a range of learning methods designed to increase your effectiveness immediately. This program includes the use of an intact, highly diverse learning community that includes participants from across the prevention, intervention, and recovery support service continuum. Developing effective leaders is particularly important as the profession faces multiple challenges, such as the overdose crisis, a changing behavioral healthcare landscape, and impending leadership transitions. Learn more about the program on the Admissions page!
The Leadership Development Program Team is dedicated to your health and safety. Currently, the LDP Cohort 10 is scheduled as a hybrid model program with face-to-face and virtual meetings. All face-to-face sessions are set to take place in Concord, NH. Our team is constantly evaluating public health policies and guidance from the CDC, the New England region, and our internal organizations. In the event we are no longer able to conduct face-to-face meetings due to safety concerns, at any point before or during the program, we will conduct all meetings in a virtual format and tuition costs will be reevaluated accordingly.
About the webinar: This webinar is co-sponsored through the New England Prevention Technology Transfer Center, a program funded through SAMHSA. This webinar is planned in response to an identified need to provide training and information on leadership development for New England (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT) behavioral health and prevention professionals.
Brought to you by the New England ATTC, in partnership with the New England PTTC and AdCare Educational Institute of New England.
