The MAPSA Prevention Convention is Maine's primary conference on substance abuse prevention. Coalitions and communities throughout Maine have local substance use and abuse issues. This day provides an opportunity for a statewide voice to unite. The Prevention Convention provides a forum to hear from renowned speakers, share ideas, successes and resources, and to discuss how communities can meet challenges to their service area. The 8th annual conference – Prevention in Action in Practice – features opportunities for inspiration, empowerment and networking with prevention colleagues from around the state.
