This training focuses on diving deeper into financial management. This includes how to read a budget report and understand the common terms related to budget reporting. This training will also have participants learn how to account for future spending in determining if a budget revision/amendment is needed as well as practice forecasting a budget. This training will explore how to organize a budget to advocate for new positions, particularly when a position is spread across multiple programs and changes occur due to growth.
