This FREE series will highlight the broad range of workforce initiatives taking place in the behavioral healthcare field in Maine. During each monthly session, we will hear about a different initiative from the agencies, people, and organizations who are leading the way, followed by discussion. In January, we will hear from Julie Schirmer about the Behavioral Health Access & Workforce Needs Survey conducted by the Behavioral Health Access Coalition earlier this year. We'll also hear recommendations and next steps that arose from a summit in September where the results of the survey were presented to the Coalition and other key behavioral health workforce stakeholders.
